No business owner wants to see one of its employees injured.  It is, however, a tragedy when a second or third employee is injured in the same manner because a hazard was not corrected or the workers were not properly trained.  This is where a proper, thorough investigation into all accidents and incidents is crucial. 

 

The majority of companies would not imagine performing a full investigation for a near-miss or an incident without injury.  However, this is the best time to investigate.  A proper investigation can assist in prevention of similar incidents which saves money and time for the company, but most importantly saves lives.
